Hey I've been doing rehabs for years now and now I'm trying to get into Wholesaling, does anyone know a good course or class I can get into?

A couple of suggestions....contact a local "REIA" (Real Estate Investor's Association)group. Here in Western/Central Mass it is http://www.massreia.com. They have a great number of resources for wholesaling. Tell Todd or Dave that Massachusetts 4 Sale By Owner sent you their way. Monthly meetings are held in Springfield and Worcester.
